Had eyebrows done by Ali, the owner of the spa. She is a professional and an expert at what she does–truly an artist too! Her spa is lovely, clean and all her staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful. I will be recommending Always Beautiful Medspa to all my friends!

I went in about two weeks ago to Always Beautiful for a renewal of color on my brows that were about two years old. They were faded-which was NOT the fault of Always Beautiful, as I lived in North Dakota when I first got them done and wasn’t able to make my “follow-up” visit like recommended by Always Beautiful. Regardless-for 2 years I had lived in the GLORY of NEVER having to fuss with my brows in the morning. My entire routine is mineral powder and mascara-then out the door! And that was only made possible by my initial visit two years ago with Ali herself (the owner if I’m not mistaken)! You can look up my old review-I gobbed over how awesome she was! This time it was Alison that I had. I believe she is one of the newer staff brought on, and I was hesitant before my visit. Trusting someone ONCE to tattoo your face is enough much less having to do it twice!! Eeek! But never fear-Alison kicked BUTT!! I am now totally excited for the SECOND time as now my brows are not only consistent in color, but there are no longer any spots where pigment has fallen out! In summary-I would suggest this place and ANY of Ali’s staff tattoo my face ANYDAY! You are all rock stars and my life is truly better because I have met you all! Love you ladies – keep helping women see their true beauty one day at a time!

My entire experience was enjoyable. Ali was very informative and answered all my questions and cleared up all my concerns before the procedure. She has a gentle and steady hand and explained all aspects of the post-procedure care. My permanent eyeliner looks amazing, and I will recommend her to anyone who wants this procedure done!

Ali always takes care of my wrinkles and lips❣ I feel so pretty, and I have beautiful lips which I have never had! However, my fiancé now is going to Always Beautiful and the caring staff there are making him so very nice to the eye! He is looking 7-10 years younger! I had the pleasure of meeting Ali at the Neptune location for hairline eyebrows, and to put it mildly, she’s amazing. I researched so many places and people and I chose Ali because of her great reviews and she had so many of them. There’s a reason for that – YOU NEED TO CHECK HER OUT. Ali went over everything with me, made me feel super comfortable, and she’s a perfectionist. I had drawn my eyebrows on and she made sure they were perfectly even before we started. She took her time with me and made sure I had the exact color that would compliment me. I didn’t feel rushed or nervous. She went over the aftercare extensively and even wrote notes for me on my take-home sheet. She wanted to know what my concerns were beforehand and did everything possible to make me feel assured about the whole process. Ali is very honest and tells you everything. I knew walking out of there that my eyebrows will soften and lighten up a bit with time. She doesn’t keep anything from you and doesn’t sugar-coat anything either. I mean this in the best way possible – she is very nice but will give it to you straight so there are no surprises. I literally have no eyebrows so I didn’t think I would actually be able to walk out of the house without drawing them on over the hairline brows she did for me, but they look so realistic that I have no worries about that now. She did a better job than I expected and I am so happy with my brows. She also offers a free touch-up within a few weeks after getting them done so your makeup looks perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Anyone that needs permanent makeup done needs to see Ali.
